I like shopping at Amazon Fresh. The staff are always helpful and polite. Store is clean and easy to navigate. There are also plenty of parkings. I always find great deal throughout the store. We paid less than $2 for 1.5lb of Fresh brand chicken tender around Thanksgiving. We stopped by today and grabbed a bag of Arther flour for $2.50. I am looking forward to my next trip to amazing Fresh.

First time in an Amazon grocery store and it was good. I expected everything to be more expensive than it was and there was a nice selection. Staff were very helpful with the scanning as well. The amount of cameras in this store was absolutely crazy but a cool visual

I really like this store. A good place for Amazon returns and grocery shopping. Helpful employees can find your store code on your phone. Nice produce, lots of options. There is plenty of free parking. Clean store.

I really enjoy the ease of use and being able to pop in and grab items and walk out with just scanning my palm. My issue is the layout of the products. I am not able to reach anything on the top shelf. When I asked a worker to help me they also said they aren't able to grab items since the cameras pick them up. A am 5ft and was just in the store today and passed up 3 items since they were out of reach. I had to end up making another trip to another grocery store on my way home. This is the 4th time going in that I had the same problem. Hope someone can look into how to better accommodate vertically challenged shoppers.

I asked to slice the bread. After 3 days each slice has mold on it from both sides. I buy fresh sliced in store bread regularly. I’ve never gotten the bread like this. I assume that the slicer’s blade was dirty.

This is a clean and organized store that has some hard-to-find vegan items (Abe's line of baked goods, Chao non-dairy cheese alternatives) and natural meats from Niman Ranch. The produce looked mostly fresh and some of it was pretty well-priced. The Just Walk Out check-out system appears to be quite buggy (at least it was for me when shopping with young children), but customer service acknowledged they are still working out issues. Overall, this was a positive experience and we may be back for in-store specials sometime in the future.

The concept of this store is great! I loved being able to just grab and go. The fresh food items look of great quality and there's a nice selection. This reminds me of a neighborhood market, there are staff around if you need help and you can check out the traditional way if you'd like. You don't need an Amazon prime account and can use a regular Amazon account. There are some organic food options in the middle aisles but not a big selection, if you're wanting more organic non GMO no artificial flavors/sugars this may not be the store you buy shelved canned/boxed items. I would definitely come back and shop again. There was overall a very nice selection of things and things seemed of great quality.

Its a unique shopping experience, you do have to either sign up with your palm for entry or use the Amazon app on your phone to enter and essentially leave/checkout. Every item is scanned and put into your cart once you remove the item from the shelf. There are plenty of employees to help customers. There is also an Amazon drop off/package pick up inside the store. Its basically like any other small grocery store, but the selection of items is far less than a traditional store, and many items seem to be out of stock. There is also limited bakery selection items, but there is a fresh pizza making station.
